Nokuse Plantation Conservation Land

One of the most important conservation properties in the Southeast, Nokuse Plantation is a sprawling 55,000-acre private conservation preserve created by philanthropist M.C. Davis to protect the longleaf pine ecosystem and restore native wildlife. The adjacent E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center provides public access to this extraordinary natural landscape for educational programs, wildlife observation, and nature tours.
