Cobia Snorkel Reef – Inlet Beach

A remarkable fish-shaped artificial reef system off the coast of Inlet Beach, accessible by kayak, paddleboard, or short swim. Walton County has installed multiple artificial reefs just offshore along 30A, with Cobia Snorkel Reef hosting 94 distinct reef elements, providing a vibrant habitat for sea turtles, octopi, and dozens of fish species — one of the best snorkeling spots on the entire Gulf Coast.
