Arcadia Mill Archaeological Site

A 42-acre archaeological site managed by the University of West Florida Archaeology Institute, preserving the remarkable remains of one of the largest antebellum industrial complexes in the Deep South. Guided tours reveal a textile mill, lumber mill, grist mill, and dam sites dating to the 1820s–1860s, set along a scenic blackwater creek with a boardwalk trail.
