North Hurricane Lake Recreation Area

A secluded and scenic campground within Blackwater River State Forest, near Baker FL (roughly 40 minutes from Milton). Electric/water sites on the north shore plus primitive south-shore sites, all with fire rings and picnic tables. Electric motors only on the lake — pristine and quiet. Little to no cell service. Camp hosts Larry and Lois are warmly praised. A true off-grid escape for nature lovers and anglers.
